Welcome to margaretusioministries.com, the website of Margaret Nwakaego Usio Ministries (“the Ministry”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Purpose of this website
This website provides Christian devotionals, teachings, testimonies, prayer support, ministry news, resources and information about books and physical products. Its purpose is to encourage faith, spiritual growth and connection with the Ministry.
Faith-based information
The spiritual content on this website is offered for encouragement and general Christian teaching. It does not replace personal pastoral care, professional counselling, medical diagnosis or treatment, legal advice, financial advice or emergency assistance. Always seek an appropriately qualified professional where needed. In an emergency, contact the relevant local emergency service.
Prayer requests
You may submit a prayer request voluntarily. We will handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy, but we cannot guarantee a particular outcome, response time or result. Please do not submit passwords, banking details or information that you are not authorised to share about another person.
Testimonies and contributions
If you provide a testimony, story, comment, photograph or other contribution for publication, you confirm that the information is truthful to the best of your knowledge, that you have the right to provide it, and that it does not unlawfully violate another person’s privacy or rights. We will seek permission before publishing a testimony and may edit, shorten or anonymise it for clarity, safety and privacy. Contributors may request correction or removal, subject to reasonable practical limitations for material already shared or cached elsewhere.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website’s original text, devotionals, teachings, designs, journals, Scripture Cards, photographs, graphics, branding and downloadable resources belong to the Ministry or are used with permission. They are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may read, share a direct website link and print a reasonable extract for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, alter, remove branding from, upload elsewhere or create derivative commercial products from our content without prior written permission. Brief quotations for review or ministry reference must be properly credited and linked to the original page.
Free resources
A resource described as free is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless a different licence is stated. “Free” does not transfer ownership or permit resale, mass distribution, alteration, rebranding or inclusion in another product. Churches or groups wishing to reproduce or distribute copies should first request permission.
Products and WhatsApp orders
Product images and descriptions are provided for general information. Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of screens, printing or production. At the current stage, an “Order Now” link may begin a WhatsApp conversation; it does not by itself complete a purchase. An order becomes confirmed only after the product, price, quantity, availability, delivery terms and payment arrangements have been expressly agreed.
Prices, stock and delivery arrangements may change before an order is confirmed. Any specific payment, delivery, cancellation, return or refund terms communicated and accepted for an order will apply alongside any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Nigerian law. A fuller Shipping and Returns Policy will be added before direct website checkout begins.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, collect other users’ information without permission, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or abusive material, or use the website to infringe another person’s rights.
External links and services
The website may link to third-party services such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and WhatsApp. We do not control their content, availability, security or privacy practices. Visiting or using an external service is subject to that provider’s own terms and policies.
Website availability and accuracy
We work to keep the website helpful, accurate and available, but we do not promise that every page will always be complete, current, uninterrupted or error-free. We may correct, update, suspend or remove content when reasonably necessary.
Limitation of responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Ministry will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on general website content, inability to access the website, or use of a third-party link. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy and cookies
Our collection and use of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy. Our use of cookies is explained in our Cookie Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions as the website, ministry activities or legal requirements change. The revised date at the top will indicate the latest version. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from that time.
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute should first be raised with us in good faith so that we can seek an appropriate resolution.
